I stole this one from Jen (Everyday Giving). I wrote a thank you card to the mailman. It was still in there when I got the mail today but I am hoping he/she saw it.

I did something similar back in the spring. I actually gave our mail carrier a little bag of candy along with my note. When I opened the mailbox that night, there was a note back from the carrier thanking me for my kindness.
