Today I had a meeting downtown. The last time I was downtown I could not find the destination I was looking for--Block E by the Hard Rock Cafe and the Target Center amongst other things. Today I ended up driving right by it on the way home. Why is it that when I am not looking for a destination it is right in from of me?
