Food diary that is! Today as one of the activities we have at work for our Health and Wellness Bingo I began to keep a food diary of all the things I eat during the day. I am going to do this for the week as instructed but if it is something that really helps me pay attention to what I eat then I will keep up with it.

I tried this a super long time ago and it really did work for me. After a few days, I realized how much junk I was writing down. After that, I started asking myself, "Is this worth putting on the list?" And my pages got shorter and healthier in a hurry. Maybe I should start again...
