At Thanksgiving dinner we had many people bring in their signature dishes. Someone brought in bread pudding and I tried it. I did not like it very much. I like bread and I like pudding but warm bread pudding...not for me!

My partner [who is British] loves bread pudding. I made it once with cinammon raisin bread and other delights...but I was so disappointed that it really was bread...pudding. I didn't like the texture much and thought I screwed it up - he assured me I did not and that's the way it's meant to be. Smelled heavenly though.
Some bread pudding is good!
I'm not a huge fan, either, but there's a restaurant near us that features New Orleans food that has bread pudding so good I'd eat it any day of the week!
